For the Vienna Hip Hop Ball — an event that combines urban lifestyle with classic ball tradition — we developed a tailor-made performance marketing campaign. The aim was to maximize ticket sales, generate attention among the young target group and to position the event strongly digitally. Through targeted targeting on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google as well as the use of data-driven funnel structures, it was possible not only to reach the community, but also to actively mobilize it. The performance campaign was optimally supported by suitable content assets such as event trailers, countdown formats and creator collaborations.
The Vienna Hip Hop Ball was able to generate massive reach online, which was directly reflected in ticket sales. The campaign achieved an exceptionally high ROAS — and once again proved that performance marketing can also deliver lasting impact in the cultural sector.
