With performance to the staff

We were able to implement a targeted recruiting campaign for Bergbahnen Wilder Kaiser — with the clear goal of constantly bringing qualified applicants to the company. As a leading tourism company with a high demand for seasonal staff, recruiting staff is a constant challenge. The campaign focused on building high-performance application funnels on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Using instant lead forms and conversion-optimized creatives — consisting of emotional video material and eye-catching visuals — we were able to build up relevant reach and generate qualified leads within a short period of time. In addition, A/B tests were carried out to continuously optimize ad design. The entire campaign was tailored to the respective target group using granular targeting and retargeting strategies — from runners to restaurants to technology & administration.
