We were able to implement a targeted recruiting campaign for Bergbahnen Wilder Kaiser — with the clear goal of constantly bringing qualified applicants to the company. As a leading tourism company with a high demand for seasonal staff, recruiting staff is a constant challenge. The campaign focused on building high-performance application funnels on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Using instant lead forms and conversion-optimized creatives — consisting of emotional video material and eye-catching visuals — we were able to build up relevant reach and generate qualified leads within a short period of time.
